Abitur at Besselgymnasium Minden, training as a brass instrument maker at Gebrüder Alexander in Mainz, then the master school in Ludwigsburg. One certainty: music will be his life.

2010
The start in a garage
In October, Nils Buddenbohm founds his master workshop in Minden — still during his master's training, in his parents' garage.
2011
Buddenbohm-Brass
The start of repair and service work. An idea becomes a specialist workshop for wind instruments.
2016
The own brand
Since July, an own instrument line for trumpets, cornets and trombones. Every instrument: a personal masterpiece.
2019
Infinity
The modular Infinity trumpet is developed with Prof. Herbert Hellhund — interchangeable mass rings, protected at the German Patent and Trademark Office.
2020
Ten years
Buddenbohm celebrates its 10th anniversary. A wish has become reality.
2021
Travelbone & world class
The carry-on travel trombone becomes a patent. Prof. Dany Bonvin of the Munich Philharmonic plays Buddenbohm.
2022
Beyond borders
The trombone speaks four languages: multilingual communication, a new trade-fair presence, a sharpened brand.

Building the digital presence and technical data sheets for every model.

A series of stars
